I recently completed the Total Mind Body Transformation Program and it was definitely a challenge worth pursuing.

The first phase of the nutrition plan I was asked to eliminate many foods I knew weren’t great for me but consumed anyway. I initially had a ton of self-doubt, and thought there is no way I can do this. But I was determined to do something because I was sick of waking up everyday feeling awful with no energy or motivation.

Four days in, I started feeling so much better! I was sleeping better and waking up even before my alarm, excited to face the day. I was using her fantastic recipes, cooking at home, and actually enjoying it which I hadn’t done in months! Fourteen days in, and I had already lost 15lbs! My brain fog went away, and I started seeing results in a big way: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This program really does help build long lasting positive habits and results. I highly recommend Katrina and her program and I’m super excited to progress through the phases again.
