In-Person Personal Training

One-on-one private in-person personal training services (Ottawa, ON, Canada). All personal training packages include nutrition coaching services.

Online Coaching

With our online personal training services, you can work out from the comfort of your own home or on-the-go, with access to a virtual training platform 24/7.

You’ll receive expert guidance and support, as well as customized workouts and nutrition plans tailored to your unique body type and fitness level.

Nutrition Coaching

Customized meal plans and accountability coaching (includes meal planning/health assessments, grocery lists, easy healthy recipes, and weekly follow-ups).

Application: Fill out the application form and we will contact you to book a short phone call to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

Consultation: Then we will book a consultation to thoroughly assess your current and past areas of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle factors as well as a physical assessment to complete a postural and movement assessment.

Assessment: From here we will have a better picture of your overall condition and needs, and will provide you with an assessment of what needs to be done to reach your goals.

Book Sessions: If we choose to move forward with coaching, we will book sessions based on both of our availabilities and start your workout or nutrition plan.
